Job Description

As a Project Engineer in our Nuclear and Power business, you’ll enjoy the variety of work in our fast-growing Project Engineering capability assisting a wide variety of exciting nuclear projects including Hinkley Point C (HPC), Sizewell C (SZC), Small Modular Reactors (SMR), and Defence-based opportunities. We have projects ranging from design to site-based engineering, including AtkinsRéalis delivery projects across Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and Installation fields.

Your Purpose

  • Educated to Degree, HND/C, or equivalent qualification level with a Mechanical Engineering or General Engineering background.
  • Motivated to apply your skills and gain new ones by engaging in exciting opportunities across the nuclear industry.
  • Experience or awareness of applying engineering practices within safety-regulated industries.
  • Experience within the nuclear sector is not required—experience applying multi-disciplinary or technical knowledge from industries such as Nuclear, Military, Oil & Gas, or Marine is welcomed.
