Overview

You will be overseeing the financial and operational aspects of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly update of the project financials and explain variances between actuals and forecast/budget.
  • Prepare project forecast (revenue, cost, cash flow) with support from project team (project director, planner, QS).
  • Monthly review of the project cost to complete.
  • Timely implementation of project changes.
  • Manage the audit process and position papers, ensuring proper documentation of project changes.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor\’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in project control, preferably within the Energy construction or EPC sector.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Cost Professional (CCP).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction and EPC principles and practices, as well as Energy industry‑specific regulations and standards.
