As a Civil or Structural Engineering graduate, you'll enjoy variety, working on large and small projects with the opportunity to explore different career pathways, including consulting and design.

The type of work will include creating specialist civils drawings, detailed tasks/design and client-facing roles on some of the industry's most complex civil engineering projects. You'll be sharpening your skills on the latest digital technologies while pressing towards a carbon-neutral future.

Our graduate development programme is designed to give you an insight into many areas of work, and the chance to explore where your own skills and interests lie. It features a series of training events and modules, professional development, mentoring and on-the-job experience as well as practical skills development. From day one, you'll work on real projects that offer scale and variety, collaborating with colleagues and creating meaningful impact on the world around us.

Meeting your needs: We’ll reward you for your efforts, and support you in a variety of ways, including offering:

  • A settling-in payment of £2,500 when you join and a further payment of £2,500 when you achieve chartered status or reach an equivalent stage in your professional development
  • 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, with the option to buy an additional 15 days or sell up to 5 days
  • Two paid annual volunteer days
  • An impressive range of rewards and benefits
  • A variety of employee networks for social interaction, peer support, and personal development

This role may require a security clearance, and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at the interview.
