Your role

  • Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
  • Advise clients on project cost, programme, risks, and issues.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
  • Maintain communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers, etc.
  • Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
  • Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others, and ensure objectives are met.
  • Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
  • Constantly pursue performance improvement.

About you

  • Highly motivated to deliver market leading project and programme management services for our clients, and support colleagues to achieve the same.
  • Experienced in effectively managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Full project lifecycle knowledge and experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication and time / priority management skills.
  • Highly capable in stakeholder management.
  • A proven problem solver and positive working relationship builder.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in contract administration, namely the NEC suite of contracts.
  • Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification with the APM, RICS or similar.
  • Experience in regulated environments preferable.
