  • Aerospace, Defence, Security & Technology (ADS&T): Our ADS&T team provides trusted advice and expert support to organisations in mission critical industries. Your work will help keep people safe, protect national interests, and tackle some of the biggest challenges our global community has faced.
  • Engineering: We have a strong engineering heritage and deep technical expertise to find innovative and sustainable solutions to client challenges
  • Project Management: We deliver large, complex projects including in highly regulated and safety-critical environments
  • Consulting: We help clients navigate changes and seize opportunities that transformation can bring
  • Digital: We leverage technology to deliver the best results, measure progress, demonstrate value for money, and future-proof client projects

Infrastructure
Help reimagine places and spaces from transport hubs to university campuses, industrial facilities, and flood defence schemes. Work includes creating specialist civils drawings, detailed tasks/design and client-facing roles on complex civil engineering projects. You\’ll sharpen skills on the latest digital technologies while moving toward a carbon-neutral future.

Nuclear
Our Nuclear business works across the industry, delivering engineering solutions that support today\’s energy needs and future solutions. In joining our Nuclear teams, you\’ll be part of one of three key UK teams: Power New Build, Reactor Operations, and Decommissioning.

Transportation
Our teams combine traditional engineering with new technologies to make journeys safer, easier, and more reliable while supporting a greener society. Work spans Bridges & Civils, Highways, Rail, Central Rail Systems Alliance, and local projects with clients such as Highways England, Network Rail and Transport for London.

Training and development
Graduate development programme provides exposure to many areas of work, with training events, modules, mentoring, on-the-job experience, and practical skills development. From day one, you\’ll work on real projects and pursue professional accreditation where applicable.

Meeting your needs

  • £2,500 settling-in payment on join and £2,500 on achieving chartered status or equivalent
  • 33 days annual leave, with option to buy additional days or sell up to 5 days
  • Two paid annual volunteer days

Our graduate salaries are between £31,000 – £33,500 depending on role and location.

This role may require security clearance. If needed, offers depend on obtaining clearance. UKSV vetting may require five years of UK residency.
