At AtkinsRéalis, we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our in‑house Creative and Digital Agency team. This role will be based in our Birmingham office. You will report into the Lead Project Manager to support the Global Marketing and Communications function and project manage marketing initiatives, ranging from small‑scale campaigns to large, comprehensive projects.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Global Marketing and Communications community, confidently reviewing and challenging creative work.
  • Oversee the delivery of marketing projects, from initial brief to completion, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account, Project, and Resource teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful project outcomes; liaise regularly with clients to keep them updated, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration across all teams.
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions; act as a mediator balancing client needs with team capabilities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes.
  • Gather feedback to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Project Management within a creative agency, marketing agency, or in‑house marketing team.
  • Proven experience delivering a range of marketing projects, from small‑scale initiatives to large, multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Solid project management skills, including experience with tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work across multiple time zones, including occasional late working in response to urgent deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, refine, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent team player with experience working collaboratively across creative, digital, and production teams.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
  • Proficiency in French would be an asset but is not essential.
