Virtual Site Access – your site, anywhere
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our internal startup, dedicated to providing virtual site access services for the nuclear and power sectors. This role focuses on our global business, particularly in Europe, the Middle East, Canada, and the USA. As the leader, you will drive innovation, strategy, and operational excellence.
We envision a future where our team of over 4,000 nuclear engineers and specialists can virtually step onto the sites they are supporting with their expertise. Our goal is to accelerate project delivery, driving us towards a net-zero future while reducing risk and minimizing our carbon footprint. To do this, our Virtual Site Access suite of services is designed to collect data on site, process it with remote teams and share it with our project teams, suppliers, and clients.
Role Overview
The Virtual Site Access Service Lead will develop a managed service that seamlessly integrates advanced digital technologies such as reality capture, robotics, advanced analytics, and immersive reality, transforming the way we deliver projects in the nuclear industry.
The Virtual Site Access Service Lead will be responsible for overseeing the service’s funding, design, delivery, marketing strategies, and operational excellence. Acting as the manager within a dedicated team, you will drive the program’s strategic direction, vision, spearheading solution architecture and development across the end-to-end lifecycle. You will set ambitious goals, make key decisions, and ensure the team’s efforts align with the overall business objectives.
By fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional business outcomes, ultimately transforming the customer experience and setting new standards in the nuclear industry.
