AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support its growing business. Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement Lead, the role will support structured engagement across multiple projects and with diverse stakeholders, including regulators, airport operators, airlines, service providers, construction contractors, and government agencies. The successful candidate will work alongside stakeholder engagement professionals, supporting engagement planning, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation across transformation programmes, business and supply chain change initiatives, and infrastructure developments.

Your role

  • Assist with analysing stakeholder environments.
  • Support stakeholder engagement strategy development.
  • Assist with maintaining stakeholder maps, logs, and risk registers.
  • Support the coordination of workshops, forums, and engagement meetings.
  • Assist stakeholder professionals with project activities.
  • Support the preparation of briefings, presentations, and engagement reports.

About you

  • Interest in stakeholder engagement, communications, or public affairs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn from experienced professionals and develop expertise in stakeholder engagement.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Change Management Public Affairs, Business, Engineering, or Aviation).
  • Experience in aviation, infrastructure, or business change projects is beneficial but not essential.

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
