AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to support the continued growth of its Aviation business. Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement Lead, the role will support the planning and delivery of structured, strategic engagement across major aviation projects. The successful candidate will work alongside senior stakeholder engagement professionals, supporting engagement planning, communications, and risk mitigation across aviation transformation programmes, business and supply chain change initiatives, and infrastructure developments. Key stakeholder groups may include regulatory bodies, airport operators, airlines, service providers, construction contractors, and government agencies.
Your role
- Map and analyse stakeholder environments (internal and external) for clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies and plans for aviation transformation and infrastructure projects.
- Support engagement with airport operators, regulatory agencies, airlines, government bodies, service providers, construction contractors and other industry partners.
- Maintain stakeholder mapping tools, engagement logs, and risk registers.
- Coordinate and support workshops, stakeholder forums, and engagement meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Proactively support interdependencies between stakeholders and project activities to mitigate risks and support operational alignment.
- Assist in the preparation of briefing materials, presentations, and engagement reports by working with clients leads, project subject matter experts, and communications specialists.
- Work closely with project teams to embed stakeholder engagement within business change and communication strategies.
