Our Programme Management, Sustainability & Advisory (PMSA) Practice helps clients establish, transform and deliver complex programmes and projects, portfolios and organisations across the built environment. Working across public and private sector clients, we support major buildings and places, property, estates, capital investment and transformation programmes. Our work spans programme and portfolio management, assurance and compliance, business transformation, organisational performance, sustainability, decarbonisation, environmental certification, asset management and strategic advisory services.

We are seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our growing Programme Management, Sustainability & Advisory team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping clients deliver, improve and transform complex programmes and organisations. You will work alongside senior client stakeholders to solve challenging problems, improve delivery performance and create lasting value.
Our team operates across a broad range of disciplines including programme management, PMO, governance, transformation, organisational change, sustainability, assurance and strategic advisory services. We recognise that no candidate will possess expertise across every aspect of our service offering. We are not looking for individuals who can do everything. Instead, we are looking for people who bring strengths in some of these areas, alongside strong consulting, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, and who are motivated to continue developing across the wider Programme Management, Sustainability & Advisory landscape within Buildings and Places.
You will work with clients to deliver and transform complex programmes, helping organisations strengthen delivery capability and achieve better outcomes. Depending on your experience, you may lead programme delivery activities, establish and improve PMOs, support major change and transformation initiatives, develop operating models, provide assurance and governance expertise, or help clients make better use of data and digital solutions.
You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions, and provide practical advice to help clients overcome delivery challenges. You will also contribute to business development activities, support bids and proposals, help shape new service offerings, and play an active role in developing colleagues and growing the Programme Management, Sustainability & Advisory team.
A motivated delivery professional with a passion for helping clients solve complex challenges and improve performance across programmes, projects, transformation initiatives and advisory engagements. Strong understanding of infrastructure, construction, capital programmes, property, government or other complex delivery environments, with experience supporting large-scale projects and programmes. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, quickly grasp new concepts and deliver to challenging deadlines.
Combines strategic thinking with strong analytical capability, able to interpret information and data, identify insights and support effective decision-making. Experience across programme and portfolio management, PMO delivery, business change, operating model design, programme performance, digital enablement and strategic advisory services. An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building trusted relationships and influencing effectively at all levels. Collaborative, approachable and commercially aware, bringing energy, innovation and enthusiasm whilst working effectively within multidisciplinary teams and embracing diverse perspectives.
Holds, or is working towards, relevant professional qualifications such as MSP, APM, PRINCE2, ChMC, Change Management or equivalent, complemented by a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes and creating value for clients and organisations.
