This role is responsible for delivering digital marketing content and activity for the UK&I region, supporting business growth plans and regional marketing priorities. Working as part of the Global Social Media team, the Digital Marketing Specialist focuses on bringing UK&I marketing plans to life through high-quality digital content and campaigns. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with responsibility for executing organic and paid social media activity, supporting digital campaigns, and managing day-to-day content across key platforms.
While the role sits within a global team and benefits from global best practice, tools and training, the focus of this role is exclusively on the UK&I region. Strategic direction and prioritisation are led by the Global Social Media Lead and wider marketing teams.
Your role
- Create, edit and publish digital content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Manage and maintain content calendars aligned to UK&I priorities.
- Support the setup and optimisation of paid social campaigns.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Build and update landing pages using CMS platforms and basic HTML.
- Track and report on performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with UK&I stakeholders to deliver digital aspects of market plans.
- Ensure all activity follows brand guidelines and governance.
About you
- Required: Experience in digital marketing or social media.
- Experience with organic and paid social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Experience using CMS platforms.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Experience with scheduling tools, Canva, and basic video editing.
- Ability to analyse performance data.
