This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, dedicated and highly motivated Midweight 3D Visualiser / Realtime Artist to join our Global Creative Design team. You will work within a well-established team of visualisers, creatives and developers, supporting projects across our UK business and global regions.
The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visualisation work, excellent technical skills, and the ability to independently manage project tasks from brief through to delivery. You will be comfortable working across multiple projects, collaborating directly with designers and project stakeholders, and helping to maintain the high creative standards of the team.
Due to the increased opportunities across the Middle East, there will be an expectation to contribute to large-scale masterplan and development projects within these regions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality visualisation and Realtime outputs across a variety of projects.
- Manage assigned project workstreams independently, ensuring deadlines, budgets and client expectations are met.
- Collaborate with Technical and Creative Leads to develop compelling visual solutions.
- Interpret technical information and transform it into engaging and accurate visual content.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and managing feedback.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying innovative approaches, workflows and technologies.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple global locations, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
About you
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural visualisation, masterplanning, or infrastructure-related work.
- Strong demonstrable experience using 3DS Max, V-Ray and Photoshop, including advanced modelling, materials creation, lighting, composition, rendering optimisation and UV mapping.
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently whilst maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of composition, storytelling, colour, atmosphere and visual presentation.
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working with Navisworks, AutoCAD and Civil 3D is desirable.
- Working knowledge of Unreal Engine and realtime workflows is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to confidently present ideas and articulate creative decisions.
