As a Senior Estimator, you will be at the forefront of pre-construction efforts, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates that support competitive tender submissions. Working closely with our Pre-Construction and Project Delivery teams, you’ll contribute to their success by ensuring estimates reflect realistic costs, risks, and opportunities while aligning with client expectations., * Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, and commercial

  • Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements

  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities during the tender process

  • Develop and issue subcontractor and supplier enquiries, assessing and incorporating returned quotations

  • Produce clear and detailed breakdowns of costs, including labour, materials, and plant

  • Collaborate with the Pre-Construction team to develop bid strategies and provide value-engineering options

  • Attend client meetings and site visits to ensure alignment with project requirements
