As a Senior Estimator, you will be at the forefront of pre-construction efforts, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates that support competitive tender submissions. Working closely with our Pre-Construction and Project Delivery teams, you’ll contribute to their success by ensuring estimates reflect realistic costs, risks, and opportunities while aligning with client expectations., * Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, and commercial

Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements

Identify and manage risks and opportunities during the tender process

Develop and issue subcontractor and supplier enquiries, assessing and incorporating returned quotations

Produce clear and detailed breakdowns of costs, including labour, materials, and plant

Collaborate with the Pre-Construction team to develop bid strategies and provide value-engineering options
