We are looking for someone to lead with passion, ideas and critical thinking, supporting the team to deliver fresh work on exciting, cross-disciplinary projects. Your role includes:
- Creatively lead project teams' approach and direction.
- Support the management of design resources across technical projects to promote best design practices.
- Communicate with new and existing clients to maintain an agency level of design and technical support.
- Review scoping documents to ensure clients receive great value and high-quality design and creative work.
- Select and challenge project teams, ensuring projects are design-led.
- Be hands-on with mixed discipline projects and able to jump in to give creative guidance and support when needed.
- Helping develop future work pipelines through client engagement, spotting opportunities and maximizing potential.
About you:
- A passion for design and digital technology with an outstanding eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Previous experience working in large-scale mixed discipline projects.
- Excellent and confident organizational and communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop.
- Experience in UX and UI Design with the ability to lean in on projects.
- Strong layout and typography skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Agile development.
- Team player, able to build excellent client relationships through thought leadership, outstanding creativity and proactive and reactive problem solving.
