Within Complex Projects, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors including but not limited to; Water, Rail, Highways, Aviation, Energy and Defence, in pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying roles.

Your role:
- Lead the delivery of high‑quality projects, setting clear expectations and building trusted relationships with clients through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Support and develop emerging talent, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture where people can grow and thrive.
- Work closely with senior leaders to help shape and strengthen a high‑value, profitable service offering that reflects our commitment to technical excellence, innovation, and client outcomes.
- Apply strong commercial and contractual understanding—particularly of the NEC suite—to ensure projects are delivered with rigour, clarity, and commercial discipline.
- Bring a proactive, commercially minded, and purpose‑driven approach that consistently adds value for clients and enhances the reputation of our business.
- Support and manage teams and junior staff in the delivery of quantity surveying and commercial management services.
- Proactive involvement in the development of our services through not only enhancing the relationships we currently have but also nurturing new ones.
About you:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent relevant experience, with progress towards professional chartership (RICS or equivalent).
- Extensive experience with common forms of UK Construction contracts.
- Experience in cost planning, estimating, benchmarking and commercial management within infrastructure, construction or related sectors.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and communicate insights effectively.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, cost management tools and data analysis software.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective client relationships.
- A proactive and innovative approach, with strong organisational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience leading business development and, or account management activities for major construction clients.
