Our team of Account and Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of multi‑discipline projects ranging from engaging local community branded campaigns to gamified e‑learning experiences for the Ministry of Defence. You will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of complex, high‑impact creative projects, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure alignment with global marketing objectives, timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a multi‑discipline project from the initial stages through to final delivery.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end management of global creative campaigns, including strategy, production and delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Facilitate alignment between regional and global teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Drive the adoption of tools and technologies that improve collaboration and project tracking.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
  • Monitor and report on project performance using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Conduct post‑project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Provide data‑driven insights to inform future creative strategies.
  • Analyse campaign success by producing reports and presenting findings.
  • Assess processes and make appropriate recommendations based on data and information gathered.
  • Support the coordination of work programmes with the Project Management team to maintain back‑office systems (Monday.com) and enable effective planning, scheduling and monitoring.
  • Ensure high‑quality delivery that adds real added‑value.
Qualifications
  • Previous Project Management experience at a mid‑level, ideally within a global creative agency or in‑house team.
  • A wide understanding of creative disciplines and collaboration with these teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, multi‑market creative campaigns.
  • Experience managing cross‑cultural and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience within a creative/digital environment.
  • Possess a creative flair and innovative approach to projects.
  • Experience working in a high‑demand, high‑pressure environment.
  • Project planning, scheduling and budgeting.
  • Agency experience with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Project Management software and tools – experience of using monday.com would be ideal but not essential.
