The AtkinsRéalis Infrastructure Project Delivery Practice (PDP) is the centre of excellence for the delivery of infrastructure projects and combines the best in project management and design management to provide a full suite of services to clients in the public and private sectors. The team is responsible for delivery of design services across our markets of Water Infrastructure, Defense Infrastructure, Nuclear, Aviation, Energy, Rail (stations), and Urban Developments.
Your Purpose:
- Competent using MS office applications.
- Detail-focused document organizing and checking abilities.
- Ability to understand and follow process.
- Work closely with document control team to deliver work to the project milestones.
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal QA requirements to our internal and client standards.
- Sorting, storing and recording all project documentation.
- Conducting regular reviews and document audits of document control records.
- Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
- Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management systems.
- Running reports for the Project teams and Client.
- Updating Processes and Procedures when required.
- Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
