How would you like to work on some of the most exciting and prestigious projects around the world? Join our collaborative Buildings. The role will require you to be in the office/on site a minimum of 3 days per week and regular travel. There is flexibility to work from home up to the remaining two days per week.
Your role:
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Win Work and SV team to deliver on the PPS Property SV strategy to align with corporate goals, regulatory requirements and community needs within the bidding function.
- Create specialist responses to quality questions within bids for Social Value, Governance or ESG.
- Work centrally on bids, providing either full or partial support translating Social Value themes and outcomes into actional solutions that resonate with clients and communities and strengthen our position to score highly on quality.
- Work with the Win Work and Client Development Teams to develop materials and processes to enable others to embed SV into our Win Work and organisational culture.
- Support and participate in social value activities in different settings for example, schools, job centres, community organisations in region.
- Create case studies, communications and marketing copy to support internal and external development of Social Value collateral.
About You:
- Proven experience in social value bid work, preferably within the Built Environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experienced bid writer, able to work on all sizes of tenders.
- Strategic mindset with hand‑on bid team experience.
- Experience in leading bid quality questions, facilitating meetings and workshops.
- Good team player and willing to support the team.
