Our team of Account and Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of multi-discipline projects ranging from working with local communities to create an engaging branded campaign that communicates proposed plans in their area, to a gamified e-learning experience for the Ministry of Defence. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-impact creative projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role demands a project manager with strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of creative workflows in a global context. This role will be based in our Birmingham office.

  • Drive the adoption of tools and technologies that improve collaboration and project tracking.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
  • Monitor and report on project performance using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform future creative strategies.
  • Brilliantly analytical, you'll pinpoint the success of campaigns – producing reports and presenting your findings.
  • Always looking for improvement, you'll assess processes and make appropriate recommendations based on the data and information you gather.
  • You’ll support the co-ordination of our programmes of work, working with our Project Management team to maintain back office systems (Monday.com), enabling effective planning, scheduling and monitoring of the work.
  • Ensuring we’re delivering high-quality that adds real added-value.
