The Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the commercial function. This role ensures that projects, contracts, and business activities are commercially sound, compliant, and aligned with organisational strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to partner with internal teams to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or similar commercial/contract management role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial risk, and procurement processes.

- Excellent financial acumen with experience in cost control, budgeting, and margin analysis.
- Trained and developed a commercial team, including quantity surveyors.

- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial matters with external partners.
