We have long-term contracts across the infrastructure sector, including HS2, Network Rail, National Highways, Local Transport, Combined Authorities nationwide, energy, defence, airports, and utility companies. Our growth has been built on our excellent service, expertise, and competence of our people.

Due to significant growth and ongoing success, we are looking for NEC3 and NEC4 accredited or experienced Project Managers to support the delivery of clients' projects. You will be part of a multi-award-winning business with high standards and rewards.

Your role includes:

  • Providing high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
  • Advising clients on project cost, programme, risks, and issues.
  • Leading and managing multi-disciplinary professional teams.
  • Leading communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
  • Producing monthly reports including project programmes and risk registers.
  • Implementing effective communication tools.
  • Developing delivery plans for projects and ensuring objectives are met.
  • Challenging the status quo and performing to a high standard in changing environments.
  • Pursuing performance improvement.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Project Management Qualification with APM, RICS, or similar.
  • Significant experience and working knowledge of the New Engineering Contract (NEC) suite of contracts.
  • Experience in engineering and construction infrastructure projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
  • Experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of pre and post-contract Project Management responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of CDM/site Health and Safety responsibilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
