AtkinsRéalis is looking to appoint a Senior Social Value Consultant to support the development of Social Value Consultancy Services within our UK & Europe business. The role is primarily based in West London but may involve other locations. It requires a minimum of three onsite days per week with flexibility to work from home up to two days.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients promoting Social Value services and other internal services within AtkinsRéalis.
- Develop, manage and deliver Social Value delivery plans for clients and project teams.
- Plan and run Social Value programmes/activities, including managing community partners and engaging key stakeholders.
- Collaborate across the business and with joint venture partners.
- Play an active part in business development, including network building, opportunity identification, bidding and client presentations.
- Support procurement and management of suppliers, and supply chain engagement and upskilling.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable industry experience in social value activities and programmes.
- Passion for social impact and ensuring communities shape projects.
- Strong technical understanding of the Social Value landscape in England, economic impact, environmental management, corporate responsibility or sustainability.
- Commercial awareness and business development skills.
- Proactive, confident team player who can work independently.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to write bids and creatively respond to social value challenges.
- Comfortable with multitasking and change.
- Relevant qualification in social/environmental/natural science or similar subject, or demonstrable industry experience.
