Senior Advisor, Marketing Communications - Nuclear (18-Months FTC) in City of Westminster

The Senior Advisor, Marketing Communications - Nuclear, is responsible for the marketing communications elements of market positioning, driving market growth and win work. You will be part of our global network of communication experts. You will work in a transformative, collaborative and energetic environment supporting your peers in delivering integrated marketing and communications plans aligned to our global business objectives.,

• Work with regional business partners, commercial, sales and business development teams to develop marketing communications plans and campaigns aligned to global and local markets.
• Primarily support the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia regions and markets to develop content and marketing assets which drive the brand strategy and business goals.
• Align all marketing communications deliverables to overarching global plans, ensuring global campaigns are aligned within the regions and targeted to the local market and specific audiences.
• Plan, coordinate and execute innovative approaches to promoting AtkinsRealis, through various mediums including targeted marketing communications campaigns, digital marketing, collateral development and events.
• Support, facilitate, and promote thought leadership activities.
• Coordinate conferences, speaking slots and tradeshows, podcasts and supporting materials.
• Collaborate with diverse technical teams and business units to identify upcoming content needs and advise on the publication of content and distribution channels.
• Work collaboratively as part of a global team of internal and external communicators and marketeers working on both regional and global projects where required.
• Collaborate and proactively input into identified global strategies and campaigns.
• Develop plans, campaigns and content aligned to the corporate narrative and business objectives.
• Develop and share content globally utilising a range of channels, targeted to specific audiences maximising reach and engagement.
• Proactively engage with internal stakeholders updating on project progress.
• Record, measure and evaluate all deliverables and celebrate success.
• Ability to travel approximately 15% across Europe and possibly Asia.
  The ability to be a strategic thinker and see the big picture and broader company business objectives.
• Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently, and enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels, both in person and across geographies.
