As a Programme Manager in our Secure Government division, you'll be a leader in our Transformation Solutions Practice. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of multiple related digital or technology-focused projects to ensure they collectively achieve strategic organisational outcomes for our clients. You will provide structure and direction across projects, maintain alignment to programme outcomes and benefits and ensure risks, dependencies, resources and governance processes are effectively managed.

- Manage risks, dependencies and resource allocation effectively.
- Act as the key link between senior stakeholders, delivery teams and suppliers.
- Ensure delivery activity is integrated and governed appropriately.
- Support teams with clear reporting, communication and oversight.
- Provide assurance, challenge and clarity during delivery.
- Enable teams to deliver at pace while maintaining quality and control.
About you
- Proven experience managing digital programmes or multiple interrelated digital projects within structured or agile delivery environments.
- Ability to coordinate delivery across workstreams, ensuring alignment to overarching strategic objectives and benefits.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working confidently with senior leaders, partners and suppliers.
- Experience developing programme plans, roadmaps, risk registers and dependency maps.
- Ability to analyse complex information and provide clear reporting, insights and recommendations.
- Strong financial and commercial awareness, including forecasting, monitoring and supplier oversight.
- Confidence facilitating governance forums, steering groups and senior-level discussions.
- Ability to anticipate and manage risks, issues and change impacts across a broad delivery landscape.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, producing high quality, programme level deliverables.
