Where you could work

Infrastructure

Contribute to transport hubs, university campuses, industrial facilities and flood‑defence schemes. Your work will involve creating specialist civil drawings, detailed design tasks, and client‑facing activities on complex civil engineering projects.

• Industrial placement locations: Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Epsom, Peterborough
• Summer placement locations: Cambridge, Cardiff, Epsom, Leeds, London

Nuclear

Support the delivery of energy solutions that meet today’s needs and expedite tomorrow’s net‑zero future. Join one of three teams: Power New Build, Reactor Operations, or Decommissioning.

• Industrial placement locations: Bristol, Epsom, Glasgow
• Summer placement locations: Bristol, Epsom, Glasgow, Manchester, Whitehaven

Transportation

Enhance journey safety and reliability across bridges, highways, rail and local transport projects. Work alongside clients such as Highways England, Network Rail, and Transport for London.

• Industrial placement locations: Belfast, Birmingham
• Summer placement locations: Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Chelmsford, Derby, Edinburgh, Epsom, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham, Swansea, York
