We are a multi-discipline, talented team of over 80 people, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers all over the globe. By harnessing outstanding, innovative, and creative talent, we transform the way our clients communicate, connect, and engage with their projects. People join our in-house agency to work on an exhilarating scope of projects, while having a positive impact on the world. We are looking for someone to lead with passion, ideas and critical thinking, supporting the team to deliver fresh work on exciting, cross-disciplinary projects.

Your role:

  • Lead and oversee the creative development and execution of multi-channel projects from concept through to final delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal Creative to align work with the broader creative vision and strategy.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Present creative concepts and executions to internal stakeholders and confidently communicate design rationale.
  • Creatively lead project teams' approach and direction.
  • Support the management of design resources across technical projects to promote best design practices.
  • Communicate with new and existing clients to maintain an agency level of design and technical support.
  • Review scoping documents to ensure clients receive great value and high-quality design and creative work.
  • Select and challenge project teams, ensuring projects are design-led.
  • Be hands-on with mixed discipline projects and able to jump in to give creative guidance and support when needed.
  • Regularly communicate with Company Directors and Technical Leads to inform business decisions.
  • Help develop future work pipelines through client engagement, spotting opportunities and maximising potential.

About you:

  • A passion for design and digital technology with an outstanding eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Previous experience working in large-scale mixed discipline projects.
  • Proficient in creative software tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • UX/UI Design - desirable.
  • Team player, able to build excellent client relationships through thought leadership, outstanding creativity and proactive and reactive problem solving.
  • Strong conceptual thinker and visual storyteller with a refined design aesthetic.
  • Advanced skills in branding, layout, typography, and digital design.
  • Natural leadership abilities, with experience managing creatives and guiding projects.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, able to sell ideas and provide constructive feedback.
  • Highly organised and capable of juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines.

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
