Reporting to the Compensation Manager, UK & Europe, you will play a hands-on role in delivering regional compensation programmes across the UK & Europe, working closely with senior reward leaders, HR partners and the global compensation team.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of regional compensation programmes across the UK & Europe, in partnership with the Compensation Manager and Total Reward Director.
- Support the annual salary and bonus review, building strong foundations in data management, analysis and stakeholder query handling.
- Support regional pay gap reports, analyse results and share insights to inform action plans.
- Support Total Reward projects - such as EU Pay Transparency - through legislation monitoring, data analysis, and employee communications.
- Complete market salary surveys and benchmarking activities to support competitive reward decisions.
- Support the mid-year salary review for our graduates and apprentices, including data validation, cost modelling and alignment with our pay framework.
- Monitor our Real Living Wage compliance in line with our accreditation.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for compensation-related queries from HR colleagues, escalating complex issues where appropriate.
- Support continuous improvement in our systems and process delivery.
- Develop, maintain and enhance our data reporting and analytics to support the above activities.
Qualifications & Desirable Skills
- Experience or interest in compensation or Total Reward.
- Exposure to pay gap reporting.
- Proficient in PowerPoint.
- Experience of using Workday.
- Experience of using PowerBI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work confidently with data. Strong Excel capability (e.g. formulas, data validation, pivot tables). High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Process orientated. Excellent communication skills. Able to present data and recommendations in a highly organised and logical way. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Well-organised, proactive and able to manage changing priorities.
