We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a group of senior leaders within our Transportation Division. This role can be based in Birmingham, Manchester, Derby, Newcastle or Stockton office.

Working as part of a collaborative and supportive administration function, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of business operations. This is a fast-paced and varied position, suited to someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making a real impact behind the scenes.

Your role:

  • Managing complex diaries, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly expenses.
  • Monitoring actions, deadlines, and key deliverables for Senior Leadership members.
  • Producing high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintaining accurate databases and filing systems.
  • Creating, maintaining, and effectively using digital collaboration and communication platforms, i.e. SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and other channels.
  • Providing cover and support for colleagues when required.
  • Tracking and chasing deliverables such as performance reviews (PDRs), mandatory training and other internal systems.
  • Working closely with other administrative professionals to provide seamless support.

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
