We are a multi-discipline, talented team of over 85 people, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers all over the globe. Your role:

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Global Marketing and Communications community, with confidence in reviewing and challenging creative work.
  • Oversee the delivery of marketing projects, from initial brief to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account, Project, and Resource teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Effectively oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Liaise regularly with clients to keep them updated on progress, manage expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Work closely with creative, digital, and production teams to align on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration across all teams.
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Act as a mediator when challenges arise, balancing client needs with team capabilities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes.
  • Gather feedback to continually improve service delivery.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, branding, content creation, and campaign management, to provide strategic guidance to clients.

About you:

  • Previous experience in Project Management within a creative agency, marketing agency, or in-house marketing team.
  • Proven experience in delivering a range of marketing projects, from small-scale initiatives to large, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Solid project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a willingness to work across multiple time zones, including occasional late working in response to an urgent deadline.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, refine, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent team player with experience working collaboratively across creative, digital, and production teams.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in French would be an asset but is not essential.
