Requirements

  • Previous experience in Project Management within a creative agency, marketing agency, or in-house marketing team
  • Proven experience in delivering a range of marketing projects, from small-scale initiatives to large, multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels
  • Solid project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a willingness to work across multiple time zones, including occasional late working in response to an urgent deadline
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, refine, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent team player with experience working collaboratively across creative, digital, and production teams
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Proficiency in French would be an asset but is not essential

What the job involves

At AtkinsRéalis, we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our in-house Creative and Digital Agency team. In this role, you will report into the Lead Project Manager to support the Global Marketing and Communications function. You will project manage marketing initiatives, ranging from small-scale campaigns to large, comprehensive projects. Your goal will be to foster strong, collaborative relationships, streamline processes, and ensure seamless project delivery.

As we're a National team with offices and resources in multiple locations, you will need to be able to coordinate local and remote teams to deliver the best solution for our clients across multiple disciplines. This role will be based in our Birmingham office.

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Global Marketing and Communications community, with confidence in reviewing and challenging creative work
  • Oversee the delivery of marketing projects, from initial brief to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Collaborate closely with the Account, Project, and Resource teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Effectively oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful project outcomes
  • Liaise regularly with clients to keep them updated on progress, manage expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices
  • Work closely with creative, digital, and production teams to align on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration across all teams
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions to ensure smooth project execution
  • Act as a mediator when challenges arise, balancing client needs with team capabilities
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes
  • Gather feedback to continually improve service delivery
  • Demonstrate an understanding of various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, branding, content creation, and campaign management, to provide strategic guidance to clients
