When you join us, your problem-solving, people skills and ability to support and lead projects will put you right at the heart. Liaising between creatives, account managers and major clients, you'll help drive ground-breaking campaigns—like creating a new brand that aims to solve the UK's housing crisis or developing a gamified e-learning experience for the government client.
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you'll plan and budget exciting projects from start through to delivery. Being passionate about digital innovation, you'll love every part of the creative process. Supported by the seniors in the team, you'll interact with clients and stakeholders, and will build strong and long-lasting relationships through your excellent communication skills.
You’ll thrive in teams, working with PMs, AMs and discipline leads to redefine approaches, costs and timelines. Brilliantly analytical, you'll pinpoint the success of campaigns – producing reports and presenting your findings. Always looking for improvement, you'll assess processes and make appropriate recommendations based on the data and information you gather.
You’ll support the co-ordination of our programs of work, working with our Project Management team to maintain back office systems (Monday.com), enabling effective planning, scheduling and monitoring of the work. You will be responsible for working with our Resourcing Manager to manage day-to-day design requests, with the opportunity to take on multi-discipline projects as your role develops.
Your Role:
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor progress to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines. Update project schedules and status reports regularly.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders. Facilitate communication to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities. Organise and participate in meetings to gather feedback and clarify objectives.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of resources, such as designers, copywriters, or external vendors. Track team capacity and flag potential over- or under-utilization.
- Client Interaction: Support senior project managers in preparing for client meetings and presentations. Document client feedback and ensure it is communicated to the team.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including briefs, proposals, and contracts. Generate reports on project status, budgets, and risks for internal review.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and propose solutions to mitigate them. Escalate major issues to senior project managers or leadership when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, invoicing, and procurement tasks related to projects. Ensure adherence to the agency's standard processes and best practices.
About You:
- Previous experience working within a professional environment, ideally within a creative/digital agency or similar.
- Project management skills, with some experience and understanding of project management methods and tools.
- Strong client management skills with the proven ability to add value.
- Able to use standard Microsoft office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to help build new opportunities and customer relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with initiative to work well individually and in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and work on a range of projects simultaneously.
- Experience of using monday.com (workflow management system) would be a bonus but not essential.
