Responsibilities
Lead a team of civil engineers for delivery of technical design work on complex multi-disciplinary projects.
Responsible for managing production, reviewing, and approving technical deliverables such as design reports, specifications, drawings, calculations, and scopes of work.
Provide Technical Leadership within discipline for the regional and national D&AT practice.
Grow, develop, and manage the Civil Engineering capabilities within the regional and/or national practice.
Manage or collaborate on technical aspects of bid proposals.
Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Chartered Civil Engineer
- Proven experience in leading large-scale civil engineering design delivery for a design consultancy included within a multi-disciplinary environment
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and broad expertise in civil engineering including drainage, utilities, pavements and earthworks
- Proficiency in applicable analytical software such as Causeway Flow, InfoDrainage and Civil3D
Certifications & Qualifications
