Bring your skills as an Associate Director in Civil & Structural Engineering. You will play a vital role in business development and heavy civil engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic projects at home and abroad. We specialize in all aspects of heavy civil engineering across sectors such as Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Water. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. Your Purpose:
- Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and high-quality levels.
- Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
- Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones and programmes.
- Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Set quality assurance standards in design.
- Develop and manage heavy civil engineering capabilities within the practice.
What you can bring:
- Chartered Civil / Structural Engineer or similar qualification.
- Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
- Knowledge of design and analysis of heavy civil structures, including reinforced concrete and steel, with familiarity with standards like British Standards and American codes.
