At AtkinsRéalis, you will join our Architecture team in Manchester working on large‑scale UK and international projects and collaborate with architects, designers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Day‑to‑Day Activities

  • Assist architects in developing design concepts, drawings and technical documentation using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (training provided).
  • Prepare reports, bid documents and design proposals.
  • Create presentations, diagrams and illustrations to communicate design ideas and storytelling.
  • Ensure designs comply with statutory, regulatory and planning requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal disciplines to maintain design quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to internal and client meetings.
  • Support knowledge sharing, personal development, volunteering and social events through proactive involvement.

Qualifications

  • Part 1 Graduate in Architecture with ARB/RIBA Part 1 qualification.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Curious, inquisitive and committed to continuous learning.
  • Good interpersonal skills, friendly and team‑oriented, willing to share responsibilities.
  • Awareness of UK Building Regulations and planning policy (advantageous).
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
