At AtkinsRéalis, Balfour Beatty, and Egis Road Operations UK, part of a consortium creating Connect Plus Services, we bring together expertise in highways asset care—covering finance, design, construction, maintenance, and operations. We manage and improve London\’s orbital motorway network through major projects like widening 38 miles of the M25, refurbishing tunnels and bridges, and installing variable messaging signs and gantries to enhance network reliability.
We are seeking to appoint a Street Lighting Engineer for the M25 DBFO project. Responsibilities include managing design projects, coordinating timelines and external consultants, and ensuring effective communication among team members, the supply chain, and stakeholders.
The CPS GIS team manages critical systems and spatial data used across business functions. The GIS Analyst will focus on maintaining and improving GIS systems, supporting projects, and developing tools for end users. The role is hybrid, based 60% in-office at South Mimms, Leatherhead, or Dartford, with remote work the rest of the week.
Accountabilities
- Follow geospatial standards and procedures; assist in developing them.
- Maintain and develop the CPS ArcGIS Online environment, including Web Maps, Experience Builder, and dashboards.
- Design data analytics, processing, and automation methods; integrate spatial data into web applications for analysis and visualization.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored GIS solutions; report progress regularly.
- Stay updated with GIS technologies to foster innovation.
Experience/Criteria Required
- Experience with ESRI products, including ArcGIS Online, Pro, Dashboards, Experience Builder, and Field Maps.
- Understanding of GIS systems, processes, and methodologies; skilled in requirements gathering and technical documentation.
- Desirable skills include SQL, Python, Javascript, FME, APIs.
