As an Airport Planning or Airfield Engineering graduate, you'll enjoy variety, working on large and small projects with the opportunity to explore different career pathways including consulting and design.

You can join the following business areas:

  • Infrastructure: Help us reimagine our places and spaces, from transport hubs to university campuses, industrial facilities, and critical flood defence schemes - we touch every aspect of social and economic environments. The type of work will include creating specialist civils drawings, detailed tasks/design and client-facing roles on some of the industry's most complex civil engineering projects. You'll be sharpening your skills on the latest digital technologies while pressing towards a carbon-neutral future.

Locations for Infrastructure include: Epsom (Surrey).

Training and development:

Our graduate programme has been designed to give you an insight into a wide variety of areas of work and the chance to explore where your own skills and interests lie. Featuring a series of training events and modules, professional development, mentoring and on-the-job experience as well as practical skills development, you'll work on real projects from day one, that offer scale and variety, collaborating with others and creating meaningful impact on the world around us. You'll work towards your professional accreditation where applicable; so whichever path you take, your future starts here.

Meeting your needs:

  • A settling in payment of £2,500 when you join and a further payment of £2,500 when you achieve chartered status or reach an equivalent stage in your professional development
