Atkinson Rose LLP is a UK law firm specialising in employment law, with a strong pipeline of enquiries from people who have been offered (or are expecting) a settlement agreement from their employer.
The role involves being the first point of human contact for prospects who have either filled in our website form, have called in, or left a voicemail regarding a settlement agreement or an appointment with our HR team. You will log notes in our online CRM and follow up with non-responders using a provided cadence (call → Whatsapp → email).
You won't be giving legal advice - that’s reserved for our solicitors.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead qualification (B2C ideal).
- A calm, warm, professional telephone manner - many of these people are stressed about losing their jobs.
- A proven track record in administration and diary management.
- Experience in legal or a professional services setting.
This position is fully remote — work from home anywhere in the UK. We offer flexible hours to fit around childcare or other commitments — we're genuinely open to arrangements like school-hours only (e.g. 9:30am–2:30pm), split shifts, or covering specific days.
Hourly rate: £15/hr with additional bonuses for meeting targets. We can offer what you would like, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, during weekday business hours, with additional weekends or early evening callbacks if desirable.
We want to invest in training and develop long-term relationships, not have short-term assignments with freelancers. We'll shortlist based on the voice note rather than CV alone as phone manner is the most important part of this role. Candidates will then be shortlisted for a telephone interview.
