Atkinson Moss is delighted to be supporting our client in the search for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join their team in Thetford. This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service, coordination, and field-based responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, liaising with customers and stakeholders, conducting visits, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively. This opportunity would suit candidates from a range of backgrounds including administration, customer service, housing, support work, property, facilities, or operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support across a range of services.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer information on internal systems.
  • Conduct customer visits, appointments, and routine checks where required.
  • Carry out property visits and inspections, reporting any issues identified.
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, colleagues, and external agencies.
  • Monitor and update case notes, records, and service documentation.
  • Support the resolution of customer queries and concerns.
  • Assist with compliance, health and safety, and safeguarding requirements.
  • Identify and report maintenance and repair issues.
  • Produce reports and correspondence as required.
  • Manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Participate in an on-call rota when required.
  • Support wider team objectives and provide assistance to colleagues as needed.
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, coordination, support, property, or housing-related role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Professional and approachable manner when dealing with customers and stakeholders.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Enhanced DBS check.
