As a key member of their Leadership Team, you’ll be more than just a number cruncher you’ll be a strategic partner, leading financial performance and delivering insights that drive real business outcomes. The Opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Finance Lead to take full ownership of financial control and reporting. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will influence decisions at the highest level and drive continuous improvement across the business. You’ll be at the heart of financial strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and other business units to standardise processes and enhance reporting across the European business. What You’ll Do * Lead all aspects of financial reporting, compliance (SOX), and control at site level. * Own and coordinate the month-end, year-end, and forecasting cycles ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights. * Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter, standardised processes within SAP and Innova systems. * Continuously improve the relevance and efficiency of reporting with a sharp commercial mindset. * Present key financial metrics and movements to stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities. * Influence decisionmakers across the business by bringing valuable insights and forward-thinking ideas. * Be a change leader fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence. * Create and lead a highperforming finance team through coaching, development, and recognition. What We’re Looking For * A confident finance leader with proven experience in an operational finance role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. * Someone who naturally drives change and improvement, challenging the status quo. * A strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across multiple teams. * A strategic thinker with handson experience delivering financial control, forecasting, and reporting. * CCAB qualified, ideally with experience of SOX compliance and financial systems such as SAP.
