We are seeking a Business Support/Sales Advisor candidate on a temp to perm basis. This is a full-time opportunity, working days of Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
Main duties will include (but not limited to):
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, providing tailored advice and solutions.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through inbound/outbound calls and emails.
- Qualify leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Create quotes for clients.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to booking, ensuring that all paperwork is completed and accurate.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Report on sales performance, trends, and feedback from clients to management.
- Conduct post-move follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Previous Customer Service/Account Management or Sales experience is essential. This role is in office only in Norwich, no remote or hybrid working available.
