What you will do as Operations Director:
- Innovation: Lead rapid factory expansions and new product launches, such as our recent M&S frozen fruit facility.
- Mentorship: Influence and mature a high-performing Senior Management Team, breaking down silos to drive strategic unity.
- Excellence: Drive a world-class safety culture and educate the business on OEE and TEEP methodologies.
- Presence: Lead from the front with a consistent site presence in Norfolk to inspire our “Farm-to-Fork” heritage.
