We are searching for a UX/UI Designer on behalf of a Norwich based business who are looking to grow their team in 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with proven commercial experience to join a business who are working on a variety of new projects.

Proven expertise as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer is essential for this role and familiarity with an agile product development environment would benefit your application.

In this role you will be responsible for conducting user research across the product lifecycle. You would lead interviews with users and prospects and collaborate with Product and Research teams to translate data into design opportunities. You would ensure that design decisions are informed by users at every stage and look to continuously develop the product based on product analytics and market research.
