Part time Receptionist Location: Norwich Salary: £13.08 per hour Hours: Monday: 8:00am – 12:45pm and Thursday & Friday: 12:30pm – 5:30pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent Atkinson Moss are currently recruiting for a Part time Receptionist on behalf of our client in Norwich, Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy front-of-house environment. Key responsibilities include: * Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room. * Answering and directing incoming telephone calls, responding to customer and tenant enquiries. * Managing incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and courier services. * Coordinating conference room bookings and catering requirements. * Preparing meeting rooms and providing basic support with AV equipment. * Processing bookings, raising invoices and taking card payments. * Supporting the smooth running of meetings, training sessions and corporate events. * Managing access passes, ID cards and maintaining access control records. * Assisting with parking administration and visitor management. * Preparing internal communications and supporting general facilities administration. * Maintaining a safe and secure reception environment. The successful candidate will have: * Previous reception, customer service or administration experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail. * Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems.
