  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and lead long-term financial and commercial strategies to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and multi-year value creation.
  • Board Partnership: Translate complex operational financial data into forward-looking analysis, constructive challenge, and clear executive recommendations to the Board.
  • M&A and Capital Allocation: Manage the corporate development pipeline, taking ownership of business-wide scenario modelling, mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and post-deal business integration.
  • Transformation & Governance: Champion modern finance systems, process innovation, and robust operational governance; fulfil the duties of Company Secretary to ensure full statutory compliance.

  • Qualifications: Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), with a preference for an ACA background.
  • Experience: Proven track record operating confidently at Board level as an active CFO or senior Finance Director.
  • Capability: Solid corporate finance credentials, including direct exposure to lead-managing business acquisitions and delivering value through systems/cultural transformation.
