I am delighted to be Parenting with The Feed for a newly created Finance & Systems Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking for a role with real ownership and impact. You will work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, taking responsibility for the finance function while also helping shape and improve the organisation's systems.
The role will include:
- Management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
- Payroll and day-to-day financial management
- Leading the development and implementation of **Xero**
- Fund accounting and financial systems integration
- SORP-compliant reporting and working with external auditors
- Maintaining strong financial controls
- Providing clear financial insight to senior leaders and the Board
