  • Salary range: £(phone number removed) The Role Atkinson Moss Leadership recruitment are seeking a commercially driven Business Consultant to lead a complete operational and performance turnaround across our clients call centre.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on stepping into an underperforming environment, introducing structure, driving accountability, and building a high-margin sales engine.

You will have full operational autonomy to reshape processes, upgrade performance management, and instill a sharp, high-energy sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Turnaround Strategy: Diagnose current floor performance, refine sales methodologies, and execute a clear growth strategy.
  • Structure & KPIs: Implement rigorous metrics, pipeline tracking, dialler optimization, and activity targets across inbound/outbound teams.
  • Floor Leadership: Re-energize the floor through active management, structured 1-to-1 coaching, and performance management.
  • Talent Development: Redesign incentive structures and career pathways to motivate, retain, and recruit top sales talent. Requirements
  • Call Centre Expertise: Deep senior leadership experience (Sales Director / Head of Sales) directly within a call centre or contact centre environment.
