We’re looking for a Smart Locker Service Engineer to join our growing team, supporting the servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of smart locker systems across the UK. This is a hands-on, field-based role combining hardware, software, and IT networking, with plenty of variety and customer interaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Servicing and maintaining smart locker systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and on-site rectification
- Carrying out lock conversions and hardware upgrades
- Software updates, configuration, and system commissioning
- Supporting network connectivity and IT-related issues
- Working directly with clients on-site (clear communication is key)
- Travelling nationally, with occasional international travel
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with smart systems, or Access control systems
- Solid IT and networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, connectivity, troubleshooting)
- Confident working with software platforms and system updates
- Strong fault-finding skills across hardware and software
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Competent, reliable, and solutions-focused
- A genuine people person with good customer-facing skills
Full UK driving licence required.
