Atkinson Moss are currently recruiting for a part-time HR Assistant to join a Norwich based organisation on a 3 month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their HR career within a busy and supportive environment. Working as part of the HR team, you will provide administrative support across a range of HR activities, helping to ensure the smooth running of day to day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support across the HR function
  • Assisting with the administration and monitoring of employee absence records
  • Accurately processing and inputting payroll information into the HR and payroll systems
  • Managing the HR inbox and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR data is accurate and up to date
  • Preparing HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employee correspondence
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR related queries from employees and managers
  • Supporting the delivery of HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements

About You:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified, studying towards CIPD Level 3, or able to demonstrate relevant HR experience
  • Previous experience within an HR or administrative role
