You will be the finance lead on-site, providing the analytical rigour and commercial insight necessary to drive profitability and operational excellence.
The Role
Operating with high levels of autonomy, you will take full ownership of the site’s financial performance. This isn’t just about month-end reporting; it’s about being a visible, proactive partner to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Partnering: Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering managers to investigate variances and improve Cost of Performance.
- Standard Costing BOM: Maintain and interrogate Bills of Materials (BOM) and Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure accurate product costing and margin protection.
- Financial Control: Lead the month-end process.
