We are actively seeking an Account Executive in Norwich, this role is full time on a temporary basis until end of May 2026 - offering an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the project team.
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure drivers, vans, venues, and suppliers are in the right place at the right time.
- Research and secure suitable venues.
- Manage logistics across multiple UK locations, including Norwich, Cornwall, Scotland, and surrounding regions.
- Communicate with drivers, graphic suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor supplier locations and confirm they are operating at agreed sites; proactively relocate resources if required to ensure all vans are wrapped.
- Track changes, resolve conflicts, and juggle multiple moving parts in a high-volume operational environment.
Experience required:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- High level of computer literacy, with confidence using scheduling tools and collaboration platforms.
- Experience in logistics, operations, or project coordination preferred.
